On one hand, you will be responsible for building collaborative business partnerships within designated client group(s). You will provide coaching, support and expertise on HR and IR matters, and all aspects of the employment lifecycle, enabling the effective delivery of commercial objectives and great employee experience

As the key relationship manager, you will develop a sound understanding of your client group(s), and work in conjunction with L&OD and Payroll, to challenge and drive performance across the client group(s) business, through the development and execution of tailored, client-specific and people plans aligned to the people strategy.

Here’s what you need to know: 

  • Build organizational leadership across all client groups
  • Equip leaders with the tools to effectively manage their people and help them achieve great things
  • Lead and facilitate internal change processes
  • Provide timely and accurate advice to leaders and employees on a diverse range of HR activities and processes, including policy clarification, award, EBA, and Fair Work Act interpretation, and all employment lifecycle related aspects
  • Act as a trusted consultant and coach to the client Leadership team as a whole and individually
  • Act as a conduit to L&OD to help identify coaching and L&OD related solutions for their client group
